Pieces from the crystal collection are made to order. We confirm the price, lead time and delivery by email before you pay anything.
Returns
You can return a puzzle within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Write to us first, then send it back unused in its box. We refund the price within 14 days of receiving your message, once the puzzle is back with us.
If a puzzle arrives damaged, write to us with a photo.
